GRADING: F+ / VF, red-green patina, o/s on Justinian half follis

Though this type is most often overstruck on earlier issues, those are usually ones of Phokas and Maurice, and rarely go as far back as Justinian like in this case, where one can see a partial legend (TINI), the top of his head and cross from a half-follis, probably struck with a follis die.
