Attribution conjectural, loosely based on overall device combination. There should be little doubt that obverse winged and haloed figure holding scepter (of uncertain top), but for the puzzling Greek "phi" that seems apparent in the left field. The reverse, despite wide doubling, shows a distinct imperial figure on the left, and an uncertain (possibly saintly) figure that appears to be presenting the long cross (?) to the emperor (or at least holding it considerably higher on the shaft than him). Flattened trachea fabric, could also pass for an assarion.
