The oldest coinage of Kamarina, from the "period of Archaic art" (per BMC), which indeed artistically and timewise straddles the sometimes fuzzy border between the Archaic and Classical periods. Interesting arsenal for Athena: apart from the (spare) shield behind her, she apparently holds the classical goatskin aegis, facing behind her, with four snakes visibly protruding - these presumably from the head of Medusa that traditionally resides at the aegis' center.
