Ex-Triton IX (BCD), lot 101. Based on its description, this is one of the well known Boiotian overstrikes on the Antigonos Gonatas bronzes. See Kroll pp. 189-190 for the definitive attribution of the undertype and p. 205 for dating these coins to the "late 3rd (or early 2nd?) century B.C.", along with a suggestion that the overstriking took place after the death of Demetrios II in 229. See also E. Vlachogianni, "A hoard of coins from Thebes," NomKhron 19 (2000), pp. 55-113, for the publication of a hoard of these bronzes, updated bibliography and arguments in favour of the overstrike taking place in the 220's BC.
