Appears to be a mystery (though in part so due to missing legends): the reverse has the emperor (or Virtus?), facing w/ head left, holding spear and globe, and legend ends with PVBLICE, but the left part of it does not seem to beging with SPES at all... ( REI could be there); the obv. legend ends with ANVS N C (apparently), and begins with DN IV (or DN CL IVL), with a bareheaded young head r.; nothing in CHK appears to match this.
