GRADING: F, dark brown-green patina, slight scratches and pitting, very scarce

Circulated but pleasing example of a very scarce posthumous issue struck under Caligula, with complete legends on both sides. Though the type is apparently only known in the dupondius denomination, the present example does not show traces of the requisite radiate crown.
