The association of the reverse image of a ploughing Octavian with the founding of the city of Nicopolis comes from Kraft (Zur Munzpragung des Augustus), though the style and fabric imply the Roman (or other Italian) mint. Silver plating essentially intact, but for a couple of edge points.
